Provide technical support of assigned company’s products including Wonderware (AVEVA), Stratus, Planettogether, NiceLabel and other industrial software / automation solutions. Generally, each of the technical support person will be responsible for 3-4 product brands.
Support including both Presale and Posted sale. Presale consist of Product design to suit the customer requirements, Product demonstration, BOM generation, Product training. Posed sale including troubleshooting in-house and also onsite across country.
Create service support plans and product introduction plans including costing, service methodologies, installation plans, and parts requirements to service and maintain new and existing products
QUALIFICATION DETAILS
Computer, Electronic, Instrument, Control, Automation Engineer 0-10 years experiences
Automation, SCADA,HMI and PLC Knowledge
Able to work in Bangkok, up-country with the driver license
Between 22-35 years old
Must have minimum Bachelor degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Automation Engineer or related field.
Must have strong computer and MS Office literacy.
Ability to work well within a team as well as on his own
Experienced with PLC, Industrial Process, SCADA/HMI, MS SQL and relevant automation control systems is preferred.
Having his own car and must be able to travel upcountry.
Strong analytical skills, Trouble shooting skills and Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide advice to non-technically aware customers (either internally or externally)
