Any amendment, alteration, changes or modification will be posted from time to time on our website. Personal Data
- In this Privacy Policy, “Personal Data” means any information pertaining to a natural person, which enables the identification of such person, whether directly or indirectly but does not include the specific information of the decreased.

Subject to the provisions of any applicable law, your Personal Data may be disclosed, for the purposes listed above (where applicable) to the following:

- As Enlighten conducts business and have contacts around the world, from time to time, it is necessary for us to transmit or transfer your personal data abroad. You consent and agree to Enlighten transferring your Personal Data outside of Thailand for any of the purposes as listed above.
Duration of retention of personal data
Enlighten will keep your personal data from the day you engage with us and until you terminate your relationship with Enlighten. We will collect your personal data for a reasonable period as necessary based on each type of personal data and its purposes. Enlighten will retain your personal data for the period specified by relevant laws (such as accounting laws, tax laws, labor laws, etc.)
Cookies
In order to improve our services to you, we sometimes use automated tracking devices such as a “cookie”. Enlighten will generally be able to respond to such queries and/or requests within 30 days after receipt of your request.
- If you contact us by e-mail, telephone or fax, your request, including all resulting personal data (name, request) will be stored and processed by us for the purpose of processing your request. We do not disclose nor pass these data on without your consent.
